Important changes to the way you pay your rent
Since 16 January 2017, along with Newark and Sherwood District Council, we no longer have a cashier service at our offices.
The easiest and the safest way to pay your rent is by Direct Debit. You can choose the payment date to suit you and have the peace of mind of knowing that your rent is paid each month.
To set up a direct debit, just give us a ring on 0845 258 5550.
Staff will still be located at our offices to offer all the regular services as well as help with alternative payment methods.
If you have any questions or need any help or support, just call us on 0845 258 5550.
We are currently working on a new website. If you've suggestions on how we can improve things, we'd really like to hear from you.
